Heya

The Cartoon on Getty Images, Cosy Communist circa 1940.

I'm trying to find where it was originally published and who originally drew it so that I can put that in my research journal. We are graded on our research journal and it documents like all our research. I need to assess its credibility and to do this I need the above.

PLZ help!

I couldn't find any more information about this cartoon either.

Based on what you know do you think I should reference it as from Getty Images, or should I ditch it and try to find another one?

If you can, I suggest you ditch it. The cartoon was certainly published about 1940, but since we don't know who published it, it's really not reliable.

Of course, I'll be happy to help you gather the information you need for your research journal! To find out where the cartoon "Cosy Communist" was originally published and who the original artist was, we can follow a few steps:

Step 1: Visit the Getty Images website - Start by going to the Getty Images website (www.gettyimages.com).

Step 6: Document the information in your research journal - Once you have gathered the necessary details, include them in your research journal along with any relevant analysis of the credibility of the source.

If for some reason you cannot find the specific information you're looking for on the Getty Images website, you can also try conducting a broader internet search using keywords related to the cartoon and its publication. Remember to cite your sources properly in your research journal to give credit to the original artist and publication while maintaining scholarly integrity.
