golf club with a mass of 250 g travels at 50 meters per second hits a 40 g golf ball and continues traveling at 35 m/s. What is the speed of the golf ball after impact?

  • Physics -

Initial total momentum = final total momentum

    40 * 0 + 250 * 50 = 40 * v + 250 * 35
