1. and 2. are correct
Both of your midpoints are wrong.
To get the midpoint, ADD the x's and divide by 2, then add the y's and divide by 2
so
3. for the x's (7 + (1))/2 = 4
for the y's (7+7)/2 = 7
midpoint is (4,7) which would be c)
try 4. the same way and you should get (3,5)
