If mass=100 tones, speed=8kn/s,height above ground=100km.
What is the mass in kg?

  • Physics -

1 (metric) ton or "tonne" = 1000 kg

    so, 100 "tonnes" = 10^5 kg ,

no matter what the speed and height are.

Speed units should be km/s, not kn/s
