Suppose a car tire has a diameter of 26 inches. How many rotations will thee tire make if the car travels 1 mile? Round to the nearest tenth.
If you get answer please show work of how to get there. Thanks!

C = pi * d
C = 3.14 * 26
C = 81.64 inches
81.64 / 12 = 6.8 feet
5,280 / 6.8 = 776.47 = 776.5 revolutions
