The distribution of time to respond to an e-mail is uniform with a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 10 days.
What is the probability of getting a response in less than four days?

If by "uniform" you mean that the likelihood of receiving the e-mail is equal over the interval and you have 11 intervals, I would assume 4/11.
