1)Political opponents finally agreed (meaning:reached agreement)and now they are making a new government.
2)Politics is war without bloodspill.
3)Thousands of Egyptians made a demonstration (protest)in central Cairo.
4)She is not allowed to leave her apartment, while friends and representatives of (the?)mass media can't contact her.
