Name one difference between acids and bases in terms of:

-Their chemical formula

-A property

Any help would be awesome.

Actually, it all depends upon the definition being used for an acid and a base. If you are using the Arrhenius theory, then
acids produce H^+ (technically H3O^+) and bases produce OH^- in water solution.
Acids turn blue litmus paper red; bases turn red litmus paper blue.
Acids taste sour; bases are slick to the touch.
