Solve Equation by Adding or Subtract fraction using Addition property of Equality or Subtraction property of equality.

x-5/6 = 1/10

• math -

x-5/6 = 1/10

x = 1/10 + 5/6
x = 3/30 + 25/30
x = 28/30 = 14/15

• math -

x - 5/6 = 1/10

30(x - 5/6) =30(1/10)
30x - 25 = 3
30x - 25 + 25 = 25 + 3
30x = 28
30x/30 = 28/30
x = 28/30
x = 14/15
