To save endangered frogs like the Panamanian golden frog, several conservation efforts are being undertaken worldwide. One of the notable initiatives is the "Project Golden Frog" by ZooAtlanta in Georgia. The project focuses on the captive breeding of golden frogs to increase their population and prevent extinction. Through this program, frogs are bred in a controlled environment, ensuring their safety from threats like habitat loss and disease.

Additionally, conservation organizations partner with local communities, governments, and international agencies to protect the habitats of endangered frogs. This includes preserving crucial ecosystems, such as rainforests and wetlands, which are vital for the survival of these species. Efforts are made to regulate pollutants and prevent the contamination of water bodies that are home to the frogs.

Creating awareness about the importance of frog conservation is another significant aspect. Educational campaigns and outreach programs are conducted to inform the public about the threats faced by these species and how they can contribute to their protection.
