Hello I just got done with a homework assignment in American History and there is this one question that has been bugging me:
Which of the following is true of the columbus legend?
a. He was the only voyager who believed the Earth was round.
b. He was the first person ever to reach the Americas.
c. He was the first European to set foot on American soil.
d. He developed a genius for navigation. I put down d. but I think it could also be c. Please help me! :)

    It can't be c, because the Vikings reach North America almost 500 years before Columbus.

    It must be d; the others are wrong.
