Sit down and make a list, just like for Santa, the postive things about you , and the shortcomings. Then focus at a later sitting which of those (positive and negative) you can improve on.

For me, this year it was diet (reducing fat). My heart doctor has insisted on that for four years, finally, I have decided that I can do something about it. Everything else about me is perfect...

So do some soul searching.
