Which I know is AX+BY=C
1) 5y6=2x+3
Do I subtract? What do I do?

To rewrite in Ax+By=C form, rearrange the terms so that x and y are on the left and the number is on the right.
5y6=2x+3
Subtract 2x from both sides.
2x+5y6=3
Add 6 to both sides.
2x+5y=9
