A 75.0-\rm mL volume of 0.200 M \rm NH_3 (K_{\rm b}=1.8\times 10^{-5}) is titrated with 0.500 M \rm HNO_3. Calculate the \rm pH after the addition of 13.0 mL of \rm HNO_3.
