HYPOTHESIZE-mercury is the closest planet to the sun , yet it doesn't reflect much of the suns light. what can you say about mercury's color?

    The low amount of reflected light tells you that Mercury's surface is very dark. Consider it black. You would need additional spectral information to say if it has a tinge of color.
