Thank you very much for your corrections. Can you please help me check these sentences, please?

1) Don't write long-winded sentences.Your sentences must contain no more than two subordinate clauses. (or two subordinates at the most?)
2) You wondered off the subject. You were asked to talk about the Celts who arrived in England in 700 BC.
3) You repeated word by word (in a pedestrian way) what stated in your book without including any personal remarks.
4)The poor found in the priest a reference point with (?) a world different from their everyday life.
5) Anticlericalism grew because of the corruption of the clergy, which (who?) lent money at high interest rates and lived in wealth and luxury. (Could you say "in wealthy/luxurious living conditions).
6) The jews were considered as outcasts because of their religious beliefs. (?)
