Find the value of x so that F(x)=23
I can't figure this out?
Could someone help? Thanks.

if F(x) is = 23 for all x, then x can be 3045,or 5432, or 1
Is F(x) otherwise defined?
She told me F(x) is another name for Y.
But, then it doesn't make sense.
