To express each percentage as a fraction in its lowest terms, follow these steps:

1. Convert the percentage to a decimal by dividing it by 100.
- For example: 25% becomes 0.25, 60% becomes 0.6, 45% becomes 0.45, and so on.

2. Express the decimal as a fraction by putting the decimal value over 1.
- For example: 0.25 becomes 0.25/1, 0.6 becomes 0.6/1, 0.45 becomes 0.45/1, and so on.

3. Simplify the fraction to its lowest terms by dividing the numerator and denominator by their greatest common divisor (GCD).
- For example: 0.25/1 simplifies to 1/4, 0.6/1 simplifies to 3/5, 0.45/1 simplifies to 9/20, and so on.

Here are the fractions in their lowest terms for the given percentages:

25% = 1/4
60% = 3/5
45% = 9/20
8.2% = 41/500
90% = 9/10
88.6% = 443/500
49.6% = 31/62
65% = 13/20
8% = 2/25
98% = 49/50
94% = 47/50
76% = 19/25
20% = 1/5
57% = 57/100
32.4% = 81/250
30% = 3/10

Remember, when converting percentages to fractions, it is crucial to simplify the fraction to its lowest terms.

first put each one over 100.

then ask your self if you can divide the top and bottom by a single number and still get a whole number for the top and bottom. do that until you cannot divide it by a number and get a whole number anymore.

sorry if that sounds confusing

for example

60% = 60/100

you can divide both by 20

so.. 3/5

you can't divide 3 and 5 by the same number and get a whole for both so 3/5 is your answer

sorry if that's long i hope it helps!
