write an equation for a line that is parallel to y=2x+4 but passes through (0,0)

  • 8th grade -

    y = 2x + 4, (0 , 0).
    m1 = m2 = 2.
    y = mx + b,
    0 = 2*0 + b,
    b= 0.
    y = 2x.
