A mixture of gases collected over water at 14C has a total pressure of 1.198 atm and occupies
72 mL. How many grams of water escaped into the vapor phase?

I would use PV = nRT and solve for n, then n x molar mass = grams H2O.
You need pressure for H2O and you can look that up in a text or the Internet for 14 C.
