I'm assuming this is a eraction:
7(7)  7(2 3) / 2(6 + 9) =
(49  7*1) / 2*3 = (49 + 7) /6 =
42 /6 = 7.
/ 6

Can you tell me if the answer was 7/6 because that isn't one of my multiple choices. The multiple choices are 7; 10; 28/3; or 7/5. Thanks for clarification. I really appreciate your help.

42/6=? 
Yes, the answer is 42/6 = 7.
