if you simplify(8x)^(-1/3) it is 1/2x right?

also how do i solve (3x^(3/4))(16x)^(1/4) ?
Thank you!

  • Math -

    (8x)^-1/3 = (1/8x)^1/3= 1/2 * (1/x)^1/3

    first, 16x)^.25= 2 x^.25
    and, x^(3/4)= x^.75

so I see in the above
    6x as the result
