If you are talking about a Z score of .05, that is five one-hundredths of a standard deviation above the mean. Find table in the back of your statistics text labeled something like "areas under normal distribution" to find the proportion below that Z score.
However, if you are talking about P less than .05, use the same table to find the equivalent Z score.
