  • math-PLEASE HELP ASAP -

    the simplest one of your three

    did you notice that the order of x and y is backwards in the second?
    leave the first alone, multiply the second by 2 and rearrange

    4x - 9y = 6.5
    -4x + 14y = -9

    add them
    5y = -2.5
    y = -0.5

    etc
