Ignore the "Did you mean" stuff and read the other articles. Here "diverse" means people who learn differently from the majority of the population. You'll be looking for such things as these accommodations:
special education
Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
etc.
You'll also be looking for terms such as dyslexia (which has quite a bit of variety in it; it's not a one-size-fits-all disability -- http://www.answers.com/topic/dyslexia ), vision impairment, etc.
