If the number of coils in the wire is doubled from 100 to 200, and the original rate of 2 times per second is kept the same, what will be the new voltage induced?

What does the "original rate" refer to? What is the device?

If it is some wound coil rotating in a fixed magnetic field, the voltage will double if the number of windings doubles. It is still one coil.
