Vitality obstacles

What are the best strategies to overcome these barriers that prevent an aspect of the Vitality concept?

1) I have too many jobs to do around the house.

2) I don't know how to cook.

3) I don't have time to sit down to eat three meals per day.

4) I am not hungry in the morning.

The Vitality concept was developed by Health Canada to promote healthy eating, active living, and a positive body image/self.
