Pick a country of your choice that is experiencing population growth. Using the Library, web resources, and/or other materials to find the most recent population count of the country you have chosen and the population growth rate of that country. Use that growth rate to approximate the population in the year 2015.
The country that I decided to use is Mexico just by the simple fact there is 20 millions of Habitants in Mexico City itself, so I got a curiosity to just find out about there population. Mexico is the eleventh most populated country in the world, estimated on July 1, 2009. The population number is 107,550,697 (1.58%) of the world population.

You misread your data.
It says that the population is 1.58 % of the world's population.
Your read it as , "it's population is growing at 1.58%"
So some research as to the rate of growth of the population.
suppose it was 2.3% in 2010
then the population equation would be
P(t) = 107550697(1.023)^t , where t is the number of years since 2009
so for 2010, t=1
for 2012 , t = 3 etc
