Okay, my teacher showed me in class this container. It had a balloon in the shape of a hand attached to the rim of the jar and hanging upside down. There was little drops of water in the jar, and my teacher said this was a good observation. She told me to describe what was going on using my gas laws, but I have no idea. Help plz!
