Antoine constant for saccharose

There are three Antoine coefficients, and they are used to describe the variation of vapor pressure with temperature when a liquid vaporizes or a solid sublimes. Saccharose (a.k.a. sucrose) decomposes to caramel when it melts, and therefore does not have a vapor phase, and no Antoine coefficients.

Was this question asked in an assignment or were you just curious about that the coefficients might be?

It seems to me the question has no answer.
