HOW DO I STUDY BETTER? BECAUSE MY TEST GRADES ARE BAD, SO THEY ARE PULLING MY AVERAGE GRADE DOWN.

You could read throught the notes you have taken in class, and refer to the teext for extra bits of information. Cornell notes can be helpful as well.
I suggest you go on to google, and type in : cornell note taking method
After typing that in, click on the second site.
You could also go on to google again, and this time type in:

There are a lot of good sites on the first page, which give you good recommendations on how you should study.
