The teacher wants us to express our answer to this question in a quote, then underneath that, she wants us to tell what we mean by it. I have expressed what I mean, but I just can't turn these into quotes.

What would be two advantages of being immortal, and two disadvantages of being immortal.

Two advantages of being immortal:
1.- Everyone is scared of you and you can do what you want.
2.-build up of Self esteem

Two disadvantages of being immortal:
1. - You kind of feel lonesome because no one wants to be around you
2. - You don't really make many friends being immortal; everyone is just to scared to be around someone abnormal.

I tried to make some quotes up, but they just turned out to be normal sentences. I really need help with the quotes, and can you also tell me if I've expressed myself well with my answers, thanks

I need help putting these into quotes, ur help will be appreciated, thanks:-)

Quotations are words that other people say or have said.

Read a lot of these quotes about mortality and immortality.

By immortal, I mean to say a person being immortal; so never dying. A person able to have external life; existence.

I've already listed the disadvantages and advantages I thought that this person could have. It all actually depends upon that character's personality. The character which I've been thinking of is not really that nice, but then again, by being immortal that person learns and gets to understand things. When this person is mortal, he/she has a few friends, has company around, but then as that person suddenly just turns immortal, he/she start to develop power' power to rule and do as they want. At the end, they learn that it isn't quite that fun being immortal and not getting others company.

I don't actually want to include immortality, or mortality in my quotes.

Two advantages of being immortal:
1.- Everyone is scared of you and you can do what you want.
2.-build up of Self esteem
3.-you can do basically anything you want; gain money.

One quote I has thought for this one was - "Where there is money there is life"

Other quote: "Kings rule over everything" - I think this one would be, is this a quote, i'm not so sure if it is.

Two disadvantages of being immortal:
1. - You kind of feel lonesome because no one wants to be around you
2. - You don't really make many friends being immortal; everyone is just to scared to be around someone abnormal.

quotes: "Lonely men seek companionship"
would this be a good quote?

I am unable to do the last quote, I actually do not know. Please give me your feedback on my work, thanks:-)

When she was 95, a dear friend of my mother said, "Some of us just live too long."

Your quotes look good.

Thank You Ms. Sue :-)

You're welcome, Sara.

Sure! I can help you turn your statements into quotes. Here are the revised versions:

Advantages of being immortal:
1. "Fear grants me unlimited freedom." - In this quote, I express the advantage of being able to do whatever you want without fear of consequences.
2. "Immortality fuels the ascendancy of self-esteem." - This quote highlights the advantage of having eternal life leading to increased confidence and self-worth.

Disadvantages of being immortal:
1. "Loneliness becomes a constant companion." - This quote conveys the feeling of isolation that comes with immortality, as people may distance themselves from someone who cannot age or die.
2. "Abnormality deters friendship, leaving me perpetually alone." - This quote explains that being immortal can hinder the formation of genuine friendships as others may fear or avoid someone who is fundamentally different.

As for expressing yourself, you have conveyed your points well. Just make sure to clarify that these advantages and disadvantages are personal interpretations or perspectives rather than universally applicable facts.
