brand A:$1.34 for 3 bars. brand B:$1.44 for 4 bars.
i think it is b.

$1.34 / 3 brand A bars of soap = $.44 ea.
$1.44 / 4 brand B bars of soap = $.36 ea.
So brand B is cheaper.
