i have to write a critical lens about this quote:
"To provoke dreams of terror in the slumber of prosperity has become the moral duty of literature". by Ernest Fisher what does the quote mean?

    I think it means that writers must disturb and affect the affluent. Think about people who spend and spend money. They buy bigger cars and houses. Meanwhile the vast majority of the world's people -- including many in the U.S. -- have practically nothing. Do the affluent care?
