what is the water vapor pressure of water at 29 degrees celsius? i can't find the information anywhere.

A table for you. One estimate you can always make---the vapor pressure water near room temperature is approximately equal in number to the temperature. That is 20 degrees vp about 20 mm Hg, 25 C vp about 25 mm Hg, etc.
