Evaluate and tabulate the values of y for the given values of x. Tabulate your answer in the form of ordered pairs (x, y).
y = 2x, for x = 2, 1, 0, 1, 2

Substitute the values for x and solve for y.
y = 2(2) = 4
And so on....
