how would you change Y=2/3x12 into simplified form?
(Ax+By=C)

y = (2/3)x  12
y + (2/3) x = 12
If you want A and B to be integers, multiply by 3:
3y + 2x = 36

Write 14 2/9% as a ratio. Here what I have done so far. I change 2.9 into decimal = 0.22 therefore, 14.22. I change 14.22 into decimal = 0.1422. Do I divide 0.1422 by 10,000 or 1000 to make into a simplified fraction?
