Is the grammar right in this. It's bullet pointed in a resume. Should all those different words be capitalized or lower cassed?

Oversee plant operation of Meat Dept, Pantry, Sauce Room, Bakery, Security, Shipping/Receiving and Sanitation

The only capital letter should be the first letter (Oversee...). All the others should be in lower-case.

The capitalization of words in bullet points on a resume depends on the style guide you are following. Generally, there are two common approaches: sentence-style capitalization and title-style capitalization.

1. Sentence-style capitalization: In this style, the first word of each bullet point is capitalized, while the rest of the words are in lowercase, unless they are proper nouns or require capitalization for other reasons. For example:
- Oversee plant operation of meat dept, pantry, sauce room, bakery, security, shipping/receiving, and sanitation.

2. Title-style capitalization: In this style, every significant word in the bullet point is capitalized. This includes nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, and pronouns. For example:
- Oversee Plant Operation of Meat Dept, Pantry, Sauce Room, Bakery, Security, Shipping/Receiving, and Sanitation.

Both approaches are acceptable, but it is important to be consistent throughout your resume. You should choose one style and apply it consistently to all bullet points. Additionally, be sure to check any specific guidelines provided by the employer or follow specific industry standards if applicable.
