Project "goals" for a high school graduation pool party.

Celebrate graduation

Have a safe and well-supervised party
Have fun

Do you have other goals?

SO far I have :• Project goals: To provide enough food and drinks for over 200 guests, in addition to making certain all students and guests have a fun and safe experience at our graduation pool party; to supply “echo-friendly” party supplies; thus creating an awareness for our environment, which will also help with an fast / easy clean-up process.

I need 2 more. I appreciate your help!!

When planning the goals for a high school graduation pool party, it's important to consider the overall objective and purpose of the event. Here are some potential project goals to consider:

1. Celebration: The primary goal of a high school graduation pool party is usually to celebrate the accomplishment of the graduating students. This can include creating a lively and festive atmosphere that reflects the excitement and joy of completing high school.

2. Inclusivity: Another goal is to create an event that is inclusive and welcoming to all attendees. Consider incorporating activities and entertainment that cater to a diverse range of interests and abilities, ensuring everyone feels included and can participate.

3. Safety: A crucial goal for any pool party is ensuring the safety of all guests. Plan and implement safety measures such as having lifeguards on duty, providing appropriate signage for pool rules, and ensuring access to safety equipment like life jackets or floatation devices.

4. Entertainment: Organize a variety of entertainment options to keep guests engaged and entertained throughout the party. This can include music, games, and possibly hiring a DJ or arranging for live performances.

5. Networking: A graduation pool party can serve as an opportunity for students to socialize and network with their peers, building new connections and strengthening existing friendships. Consider incorporating icebreaker activities or games that encourage interaction among attendees.

6. Memories: One of the goals of a graduation pool party is to create lasting memories for the graduates. Provide opportunities for capturing moments, such as hiring a professional photographer or setting up a photo booth with props and backdrops.

Remember, when setting goals, it's essential to consider the preferences and expectations of the graduating students and attendees to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone involved.
