A trapezoid has a lower base which is twice as long as its parallel upper base. The upper base is 21 cm long. One nonparallel side is 20 cm long and the other nonparallel side is 6 cm longer than the shorter nonparallel side. What is the perimeter of the trapezoid?

"A trapezoid has a lower base which is twice as long as its parallel upper base. The upper base is 21 cm long"
Doesn't that make the two parallel sides 21 and 42 cm?
"One nonparallel side is 20 cm long and the other nonparallel side is 6 cm longer than the shorter nonparallel side"
Doesn't that make the other two sides 20 and 26 cm?
Isn't perimeter the sum of the sides ?
