I'm worried I might be having petit mal seizures. Every so often, I am doing something, then I lapse out for a few seconds then suddenly regain awareness. I still can see during this time, but my thoughts are interrupted, not by other thoughts, but just by this weird nothingness. It's not that I am "zoned out" or are tired, but it's just this sense of being controlled for a bit, then regaining control. I'm not sure if my eyes shift or anything, as I cannot see myself, but I usually feel like they do. Can you help please?

We cannot dispense medical information. You need to speak to your parents and get to your doctor ... now.

Meditating for a while could help you as well. Usually meditation is the key to safety.

Oh yeah, also hang out with your friends to make you feel better, or do something by yourself such as go exploring, etc. anything you can set your mind to, and enjoy to the fullest.
