I have an example of a sentence I need help with:
"I am passionately in love with someone who does not know I exist."
I think 'I, and who' are pronouns. I think 'am, love' are adjectives. I think 'in and with' are prepositions. I think 'know' is a adverb. am I on the right track???
"I and who" are pronouns... right!
"am" is a being verb.... Memorize!!! the forms of the verb "to be" will come in handy.
"love" is the object of the preposition "in", so it has to be a ????
