Why should interviewers or human service managers use open questions most of the time?

What happens when the interviewer or manager overuses questions?

The poerson being interviewed has to do more than agree or disagree with a statement or answer "yes" or "no." You get more of their opinions and views.

As with above, you would not have to do much searching if you were asked, "Do you think interviewers should use open-ended questions most of the time?" However, the above question requires more thinking.

How can an interviewer "overuse" questions?

I hopethis helps a little more. Thanks for asking.
