ms. sue yes for a whole number they want us to round it to the nearest 19 tenths' also they are asking to round the same number which was 1119 to the nearest hundreths......then they ask which one is greater???????

  • math -

Your statement: "they want us to round it to the nearest 19 tenths" doesn't make sense.

Also, a integer like 1119 can be rounded to the nearest hundreds, not hundredths (0.01).
