I need to know how to do this. In steps
9x^2-3x
4x^2-9
The first one has 3 and x as factors, so take 3x out and you're left with
3x(3x-1).
The second one is a perfect square and you do that with
(2x+3)(2x-3). When you see the first term for which you can take the square root and the last term for which you can take the square root, and the sign in the middle is a negative, just take the square root of each and make one factor a + sign and the other one a - sign.
