U.S. History to 1865

I need some help with this question. How did the actions of the colonies, Great Britain and France contribute to the outcome of the American Revolution war? What kind of outcomes should I be looking for? Thanks for the help.

  • U.S. History to 1865 -

    What were some outcome possibilities?

**Colonists win the war and their independence from England; creation of the Union of colonies.
**Colonists lose the war and remain under the control of the English government.
**Colonists win the war and their independence from England, but they cannot agree on unification, so they remain separate and independent countries.
**What else can you think of?

Now... take each scenario and ask yourself how each entity you named contributed (or would have contributed).
