The Geneva Protocols outlawed "weapons of mass destruction" i need to give 3 reasons why i think this policy was correct

The policy of outlawing weapons of mass destruction offers greater security to the world community.

This policy sets a limitation of what kind of weapons a country can produce or acquire.

Because of this policy the world community can easily identify the countries that would be a danger to the whole world if they are trying to acquire these weapons.

is this ok?
