The bear (IT) was pleasing to me. Didn't we do the verb "gustar" a while ago? It means "to be pleasing to someone." Me gustaba el oso de peluche.

Recordar is a stem-changing verb, o--->ue = Recuerdo que me portaba bien con otros ni˜õs.
Capitalize the first word of a sentence = Yo era, etc.

Yes. However with a series of simple sentences, it is very unsophisticated. You can make this a much better paragraph if you combine some of those simple sentences into complex ones.
