0.25x^2 + 0.3x + 0.09

One approach is to just use the quadratic formula to solve it. But, you could probably do it by inspection if you write the equation as:
0.25x^2 + 0.3x + 0.09
=(10^(2))(25x^2 + 30x + 9)
