judy wanted to buy a 2door black used car. four fifths of the cars for sale at neal's used cars had 4 doors. one half of the 2door cars were black. what fraction of all of neal's used cars met judy's requirement?

If 4/5 were 4 doors, then 1/5 are 2 doors.
One half of 1/5 = 1/2 * 1/5 = 1/10
I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
